Suporte da telefonia celular, está no ponto mais
alto de Curitiba, permitindo uma visão da cidade
em 360 graus, de uma altura
de 109,5 metros. Foi inaugurada em 17 de dezembro de
1991 e é administrada em conjunto pela Brasil
Telecom e o Instituto Municipal de Turismo, que ali
promove, sessões de vídeo e fornece orientação
turística. Abriga também o Museu do Telefone.

Tower of Mercês
This cell phone
tower was built on the highest ground of Curitiba and
it is 109.5 meters height, allowing a 360degrees panoramic
view of the city. The tower was inaugurated on December
17th 1991 and it is managed by Brasil Telecom and Instituto
Municipal de Turismo. Video presentation, tourist information
and a Telephone Museum are available in the tower.
