A Alemanha em Curitiba
Mais conhecido
como Bar do Alemão, é um lugar de
cultura e gastronomia típica alemã,
situado no centro histórico
de Curitiba. O nome tem origem na região conhecido
por “Floresta Negra”, onde os habitantes
mantém a tradição da boa comida.
O menu possui especialidades como
like Eisbein, Spatzle, Bockwurst, Kassler, bratwurst,
Apfelstrudel. O também famoso “Carne
de Onça”, que é a versão
curitibana da hackpeter.
Não deixe de tomar o chope
chamado “Submarino”.

Schwarzwald is the german gastronomic
and cultural bar located at the historical center
of the town. The name came from a german place
called “Blackwood” a region that people
keep a food tradition.
The menu has specialties like Eisbein,

Also the famous “Carne-de-Onça”
a Curitiba version of Hackpeter or bouef tartare.
